There is no intake department and no call center. Consultations are by scheduled phone or video call, which is how most of this practice runs; I also meet Indiana clients in person, including at their facilities, when a matter calls for it. Describe what you are working on in whatever terms come naturally, and I will tell you plainly whether and how I can help.
A note before you write: until we have agreed that I represent you, please keep the details of your invention or dispute general. A first conversation does not create an attorney-client relationship, and unprotected disclosures of an invention can start legal clocks running. Once we are engaged, everything you tell me is privileged.
